It was a good experience with Neo Hospital. I admire the way they took prompt suitable action in emergency cases. The staff are very good. Even at 5:30 am, the doctor visited to check the patient. Discharging was hassle free, billing was smooth, well organised paper work. Please check once that in your health insurance Neo hospital is listed or not for cashless, for me it was not. They specifically gave me an appointment with Dr. Mallesh on the weekend as practo was canceling it. Spacious with car parking. The waiting room was so spacious and clean and pleasant. The reception was great. The doctor was so calm and helped me with doubts and ankle straps for a sprain. The x-ray technician was warm and understanding. 10/10.
